Once backlinks are delivered, changes to URLs or anchor text are not included, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Content placement and surrounding text are subject to publisher guidelines.
A delivery report will be shared after completion, including live URLs or placement details.
Reports confirm delivery at the time of submission only.
If a backlink is removed within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on the package), we will attempt a one-time replacement where feasible.
No replacements will be provided for links removed after this period.

Once backlink work has started or links are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds, if any, are subject to management approval and only in cases where delivery has not begun.
